Saucony Holds Fitness Tour in Tactical Fitness Center Mandaue

Fitness is what everyone wanted gloriously. Fitness is a goal that every person spend a lot - effort, time and money. And personally, I hope all people spend practically! Earlier today, I just had this realization and I think I will achieve my fitness goal this year. With proper motivation, training and of course support - from peers, friends, family and definitely with the right kind of gear that will help you in doing your work out - then this is it, Dadbod no more - Body goals is up!

Speaking of Gear, it was my first time attending Saucony Fitness Tour in Cebu earlier. It was held at Tactical Fitness Center, a kind of gym that offers almost everything. From circuit training, boxing, Progressive resistance training (PRT), among others, Tactical Fitness Center will assist you further. Of course, this won't be possible without the star of the event, SAUCONY! This global running and lifestyle brand dedicated to empowering athletes and beginners alike. And I am so blessed to own a brand new Kineta Relay, one of the Kineta Series collections. It is designed to cover our light workout and active lifestyle, the Kineta Relay fuses a clean, modern aesthetic with performance technologies to bring all-day comfort and I just experienced it first hand!

So, what we had in our Saucony Fitness Tour Cebu? We did a 6-part program at Tactical Fitness Center namely Warmup, Stretching, Circuit Training, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Core Workout and of course Cool Down. Thanks to Coach Alan Ricardo for the big help and push to our limit until we did everything properly. We did it well with a helpful Saucony Kineta Relay shoes. It is very light and I think I'm gonna use it not just for a workout but of course, during travels. I can pair it anything. It is also designed for lifestyle and fashion.
