    I ain't Ronnie Coleman or Jay Cutler, 2 tbsp supplement everyday is more then enough for me. The instructs on the back are meant for professional body builders and not the average Joe like me. I've been precautious in not over-doing anything.

      Try goldsgym in ayala, 4th level ayala center cebu, some of thier fitness trainers are trained to handle special fitness goals such as pre and post natal and they also offer zumba,TRX and other group exercise classes. Look for johnson flores -highly recommended fitness trainer of goldsgym.

    I don't see the Power Gym on that list? Maybe it's there I just missed it! The power gym for me is the best gym in Cebu as it has a great choice of free weights and weights machines, plus a lot of options for cardio workouts and even punch bags.

    They also hold regular classes for zumba and have fitness instructors to guide you if you are a newbie. There's also a friendly atmosphere in there so it's a fun place to be, plus there's a great view outside as it's located on the 15th floor and has panoramic views of Cebu City.

    Is there a gym where males and females are separated? I have a cousin and his husband (a Muslim) doesn't allow her to enroll because theres are a lot of guys and we couldnt find a gym thats only exclusive for girls and also that is near metro cebu. Pls suggest, thanks!
