Sexy Body and Six Packs Abs? Healthy Diet with Exercise Helps

Most of us think only of the food intakes or the diet we are practicing to get a sexy body and six packs in the tummy but it's definitely wrong. Even those products and drinks designed to reduce weight do promote adding exercise while taking them.

Healthy foods like fruits and vegetables are the "MUST" foods we must take if we badly need to have a good and sexy figure. Eating Fruits during snacks or break time does not just help in filling-up your empty stomach but at the same time, it gives nutritions, vitamins and minerals which our body needs and which help in maintaining good posture and sexy body that we wanted.

So, aside from Fruits and Vegies, what are other foods to be taken for Abs Diet?

According to Men's Health, there are 12 power foods which can help increase lean muscles and avoid fat storage. We can easily remember this by just spelling out A.B.S.D.I.ET.P.O.W.E.R , and here they are:

1) Almonds and Other Nuts
2) Beans and Other Legumes
3) Spinach and Other Green Vegetables
4) Dairy Products ( Fat-free or low-fat milk, yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese )
5) Instant Oatmeal (Unsweetened, unflavored )
6) Eggs
7) Turkey and Other Lean Meats ( Lean steak, chicken, fish)
8) Peanut Butter (All-natural, sugar-free )
9) Olive Oil
10) Whole-Grain Breads and Cereals
11) Extra-Protein (Whey) Powder
12) Raspberries and Other Berries


But of course, when we say we take above foods, then we also should accompany them with at least one hour a day and four to five times a week of exercise and work-out.

As of now, I'm still fighting to eradicate my lower abs and some love handles but with the help of above tips, I might be able to get what I want before the end of Summer Season. Have a healthy lifestyle, we are not getting younger!

waw Amazing.. Getting a six pack takes a lot of hard work, and is more about diet than it is about exercise. so you need to restrict your calorie intake and eat a healthier, more balanced diet that is high in protein, low in fat, and low in carbs.
