Take the chance to combine fitness and fun with Skechers GOrun as it sponsors SilkAir’s 20th anniversary fun run slated on November 25, 2012 at the Ayala Terraces, Cebu City. SilkAir, the regional wing of Singapore Airlines, mounts the fund-raising run to mark two decades of dedicated service and presence in the Philippines. Proceeds of the event will go to the ABS-CBN Foundation, which has been raising donations for the Kapamilya Blood Donation Campaign set to happen in December 2012.

The Fun Run has 3k, 5k, 10k, 20k and 20k Masters (50 years old and above) running categories are open to both male and female runners. Top winners of the five categories will win cash prizes, medals and gift certificates from Skechers GOrun. All 20k finishers will also be awarded with limited edition finishers medals designed exclusively for SilkAir’s 20th Anniversary.

Skechers GORun, Skechers’ performance line, has been a staunch supporter of running events in Cebu as a way of advocating running to promote fitness, and to teach runners the proper way to run. In this event, the 5k category, male and female, will be named after Skechers GORun and will feature exclusive bibs for the runners. All race participants will be entitled to a 20% off discount on Skechers GOrun shoes and other Skechers performance collections such as Skechers Shape Ups, SRR and the GO Series.
